Jojo when it gets real dry it'll scrape. Not as good as hardwoods, but still ok

I'd love to have one or two of the Juniper staves, if all works out for a harvest.  Looking at a making a sinew backed shorty (of course).

I sinewed one bow.  Not certain i'm sold on it's value and benefits given the time it takes.

I sinewed on bow that was juniper. I know it wouldn't have shot close to how it did once sinewed
