trouble posting on the forum

Under "attachments and options" I am faced with seven verification questions before I am able to reply to a post or personal message.  Is this normal?

I totally understand.  I have been a neophyte at other organizations before.  I know how to dance around the fire.  If I was running the site I would do the same.

Hello, I just joined today and I having the same issue as the original poster. Just wondering if it will remain like this, or will I not have to go threw all the questions after a certain number of posts? Half of the time I can't make out the letters in the box.....😄 im on my third try guessing the letters for this post....lol
