sliced fanned and covered strawberries
« on: February 27, 2015, 08:58:30 pm »
Look what I just made for my wife :) melted down Andes mint chocolate drizzled over fanned out super ripe strawberries.  The 4 in the middle I cut the tops off, cored out the middle, poured in melted dove chocolate and put the tops back on before doing a dove chocolate swirl around them. In the freezer now chilling.

Pretty much, they are amazing.
Next year I plan on doing a soft creamy chocolate center filling, and covering the center strawberries in chocolate makining a strawberry truffle basically.
