Left limb is bending too much right off the fade then flat after that.

That string is no good at all. When using a long string it should sit against the bow with no loose but not bending the bow.
Post another pic with a shorter string (but not braced).

I'd also think about heat treating it before you give it much memory. It's hickory.

thanks pictures in the work I only pulled stave up to 6 inches placing it on a 4.5 inch brace. Also stave has pith running a channel fully on one limb.

I thought about heat treating but I need someone to chime in if heating a cleaned out pith area would harden the edges too much and creating a crack along the sides and corner of pith channel. I think I have all the areas working along the length. Also I had a question in tbb one is says hickory is not sluggish at 9 percent but I also read in volume four that hickory is safe down to 6 percent. What is a safe percent humidity goal with a 47 inch ntn hickory sapling with pith channel drawing goal is 19 to 20 inches and 45 -50 pounds?

That is looking pretty good but you really need to shorten the long string,hard to get a good look with it that long, it just needs to be long enough to go from nock to nock .

Yes, please, shorten that long string. The bending will change remarkable according to the angle between the string and the limbs. Looong string gives you too much false picture of the bending because of the draw force is pointing to wrong direction. As soos as the tips bend enough to reach few inches brace height, then switch to short string. After that there´s not much to scrape anymore so be careful not to end up to weak bow.

hickory gets sluggish ABOVE 9%. At 12% it's a DOG. This is helped a lot by heat treating.
