Yeah my second bow was a way under built HHB mollie. She let go on me. She was the second attempt, buty first wooden pipe bomb

If you need to use some tools, saws, grinders,, hop in the truck with Seminole wind and come on over. I'm 30 minutes away and have lot's of extra tools I can probably be talked into to getting them out of my way ;).

I've built a few molly's.my take on them is get the tips reduced and line up as soon as possible. Btw,i wouldn't make the handle all fancy till I got some arrows thru her.
Some like motorboats,I like kayaks,some like guns,I like bows,but not the wheelie type.

oh it isn't a fancy handle it's just slowly being worked down with rasps and files and is a bit wavy.

Good for you, congratulations.  You can use lots of stuff to back a bow, linen or silk from a thrift store...even brown paper bags and tight bond glue.

Feels great getting out of the apartment life. We did it this summer. Congrats on that and I agree with the other guys, looking forward to seeing you bring this one home as well.
