Hey man try taking a few man scrapes in the middle of the right limb I think it would only take five or ten scrapes at that weight.  You're almost there.  That right fade looks a smidgen stiff too.  Only a bit..
That's what my eyes are seeing anyone else is more than welcome if the see differently  :)

It's a wise man who knows when to quit.
You don't want to end up with it IBR (improved beyond repair....  >:D )
Get 100 arrows through it and then maybe tinker with it...
Dunno if a bow is ever finished ;D
I've had a bow 40 years old and still fiddled about with it.

ive ran into a problem and cut an inch n a half off each end. To make matters worse i steamed the limbs in an attempt to flip the tips. Now the tiller is shot and the right limb has taken set badly. id really value some more input

I'd probably leave it and call the left limb the bottom limb.

It's ok.
It's only taken a little set and that's on the inner limbs because that's where all the work is being done. The outer half of each limb isn't flexing much.
You could clamp it up straight and heat treat the belly on the inner third of each limb, that would help recover it... but hey it's fine... that's not a lot of set.
