Birds of Prey
« on: August 15, 2014, 11:16:22 am »
I thought some of you might enjoy this video, being woodsmen and all you probably come across some pretty cool birds of prey.  There is some falconry thrown in for good measure as well.  Let me know what y'all think and if you feel so inclined share it with your friends.  This is part of an online animal network that used to be all reptiles so now we're trying to transition into other animals as well.  A special thanks to JW_Halverson for providing insight and additional information on these animals.

Florida to Kwajalein to Turkey and back in Florida again.  Good to be home but man was that an adventure!

First of all, I didn't add much to Tim's knowledge, he's a pretty bright penny.

Secondly, YOU GOTTA WATCH THIS VIDEO!  Parts of it are what modern people call "graphic", but is pretty much what I see before breakfast every day (birds eat first, dog gets fed next, and I try to remember to eat sometimes). The black vulture feeding frenzy is freaking amazing footage.

Great stuff, PrimTim.  I love it!

Guns have triggers. Bicycles have wheels. Trees and bows have wooden limbs.
