Timber Rattler/Osage

Well, my buddy Donnie gave me a timber rattler skin from a recent kill he made in his yard in south Georgia.
I split the skin down the middle and used both halves to cover a bow I made from a fine wiggly stave I got from the McGwires at the Tennessee Classic last year.
It made a nice 60" bow that pulled 50 lbs at 28"

Thanks, everybody. Love seeing all of your beautiful bows. I cannot beieve how far this skill has spread since 1999 when I first started building bows.
