Seeing get togethers that bring like minded people together to build and learn are great. Tyke and I decided tonight to have a impromptu get together and build some arrows and work on bow stuff. Here is the result.

We really didn't accomplish much, I ended up with a "Dog Chapman" ear ring, And I shaved off a bunch of wood off a stave. But we mostly just laughed and drank too much. My wife was even so kind as to glue a beer cap to the work bench. Tyke did attempt to make a slap guard. Something looks wrong with it.

Tyke did end up making a few awesome fish/snake traps. I have also decided that the stave I worked on tonight will only be worked on while under the influence. I'll call it "Drunken Master".

I kinda thought Miller Lite had something to do with this post.

Yeah. Beer, Whiskey, Tequila, Sangria and I did have some water near the end. I guess I even tipped the Pizza guy with some PBR's. Tyke and his wife took a cab home, complete with a bow, and about 9 arrows. I wonder what the cabbie was thinking.
