I like skinny nocks on every thing I build. My latest and first static project has 3/8" tips with nock overlays. It is a little hard to keep the string in the grooves. when I strung the bow for the first time the walnut overlay split at growth ring and separated itself from the bow. I left a little of the walnut on for looks and glued on an osage overlay. I haven't worked the osage overlay down yet and wanted to see some pictures of some of your skinny static nocks for reference. I have almost a 90 degree bend in my static tip.
On a search I get plenty of threads on skinny static nocks but the pictures won't come up for me.
