Any one cook them (instead of boning for the grind pile) ? Years ago I had some Deer Ribs that a Schoolmate cooked and they were OUTSTANDING. He would leave the Ribs whole and layer them in a large baking pan with Sour Kraut - cover and slow cook them all day. Matt, Gary and I were over in Canada one time doing a seminar at a Sportsman Club and they had a Wild Game dinner. They had Moose Ribs that were grilled - They were to DIE FOR. Bob
