I got this stave from Carson a while back, mountain Juniper, and it was mostly sapwood.
I got the limbs bending about 6 inches, flipped the tips slightly, reverse braced to 6", and laid
down one heavy layer of sinew. I had just started making bows at the time, and kinda rushed this part.
I recently tried to add some more sinew to make it look better, but it was probably a bad idea because
one limb ended up having more sinew than the other.
I reeeeeaaaaally struggled with the tiller.I just couldnt get the one heavily sinewed tips to come around like
the other one, so I'm not 100% satisfied with it, but am still stoked to have a sinewed bow.
I had heard juniper and sinew made an elastic band of a bow, and its true.
