I have decided to mess with some of the boo I have. I have a 61" ipe board. So I fired why not. I plan on gluing my maple taper lams then the boo. My question is, is a 28" draw doable with a stiff handle or should I go bendy?

You can do it with a stiff handle, just be careful you don't have your lams too thick or you will run out of ipe on the belly once you start tillering.

The ipe is 3/8" the maple go from 1/8"-1/16" and the boo I'll taper from 1/8"-1/16" between nodes

1 1/16" wide max Bruiser, or you will run out of ipe as Steve mentioned.
