Nice knives! I'm wondering how well the hafting lasted in real use? Do you think they spent a lot of time re-hafting or do they seem robust?

You'd be surprised how well the primitive hafting works. Pine pitch, sinew/rawhide, and pitch sealer makes a tight bond and is easy reworked.

I must agree with stringmam. Although I admit I take a short cut or two.
It takes time and effort to do things the old way but without the abilities and
insight of our ansestors we would still be in trees.
The best message here is, can you improve the "cutting edge" lol
Not just knives but space, deep sea, and most of all Human Relations.
