First Knife.
« on: June 08, 2014, 03:27:38 pm »
This is my first knife. It is has a 4" obsidian blade with 4" red cedar handle from a fallen tree from our property and elk back sinew. I sealed the wood with coconut oil and bees wax, then water proofed the sinew with paraffin wax. I made this for a donation for our local primitive archery and skills club fundraiser. Hope you guys like it as much as I do.

Cool knife! I like the way the shape kinda flows.

That baby should fetch a few bucks at auction.
Nice contribution.

You did a great job on it! I hope it raises plenty of dough.
