Shooting any animal out of season with a blunt is considered poaching. Also you could be sited with harassing wildlife. But I would love to see you shoot a 350 lb black bear with that blunt, I will even help with your hospital bill when you make that that animal mad at you! Heres your sigh!!!

It's illegal to harass game in Florida, also, shining a Q beam is considered harassing here. But, there is no rabbit season in Florida except on Management land. Go shoot some swamp rabbits, easier to get close to then a cottontail and bigger and better tasting.
