got a twisty n bendy piece of osage but nice character , both tips bend the same direction and propeller, thinkin of steamin the whole thing and put in a caul, but want to keep some character

Osage manipulates well with dry heat. I'd start by clamping the handle area to the form well and work out each limb with a heat gun and clamps. Sometimes you have to add wedges with the clamps to work out the twists. Once you get one limb done, work on the other one and let the whole thing cool overnight. You can temper the belly a bit too while you are straightening each limb.
