This one is special, for a special friend I unknowingly over-bowed when I first started bowyery. I found out she actually kept using a ~45# flatbow I gave her for her first bow
She'd been under the guidance of her father and grandfather, who have kept her out of the worst habits, but she only means to shoot targets and doesn't need all that weight.
Just a couple touches of character, really pretty simple and quick. Shoots fast for the weight and smooth as butter. Some mild heat treatment in the outer limb where it gets thin. Tillered mostly from the sides, which is why you'll see one growth ring along most of the belly. Took about a half inch of set for a half inch of just-unstrung reflex.
