Arrow Straighting Jig

I have been asked by some to post some pic's.  I can not take all of the credit, hedgeapple Dave of Moontree provided me with the idea.

The angle is to keep from burning the wood.  The bridge is adjustable for different sizes of cane.

Man I'm glad you posted this Bill! After watching you straighten shafts with it, I can definitely get my shafts a lot straighter and in less time using this jig. Thanks for taking the time to post pics!

That is a nice set up Bill, I can see how that would work really well. Gonna have to put that on my list of things to make.

Yes, it's two different angles.  one piece of angle for the "bridge" and the other for the curved base.  The angle is 1" x 1" aluminum.
