Awesome post!  Congratulations to both of you.  A turkey with a bow is a real accomplishment.

Wingbone turkey callers are easy, cut the wings off.Cut off feathers and as much meat as possible. Boil them until everything comes off the bones with a scrub pad. the thin bone(ulna) is the mouth piece.cut the ends off of the long thin bone and the medium size bone. clean the marrow out. clean with dish soap and water. soak a few hours in hydrogen peroxide. glue largest end of thin bone into smallest end of the other bone.

To make a yelp, pinch mouth piece between lips and cup hands around open end to form a sound chamber, suck in air in a short burst.
You can write on the caller all of the hunt info to make the memories all the more special, and if both wings are undamaged, you each get a caller.
Hope this helps.

Simmer the wingbones until you can get most of the meat off, freeze'em, and send 'em to me.  I will make a pair of calls for the two of you!

That is the first step, Soy-o, me boy-o!  I'll get the rest.
