Thanks all much appreciated, I have Jawges but not with one of these,all new to me.Ya PatB it ant Osage,not saying it's not great wood ,just much different.

That looks like a sweet shooter there Pappy! I haven't tried a yew bow yet. Do you see why it has so many fans now that you have built one of your own outta yew?

Looks like a good one Pappy. I like that sapwood back with the knots and streaks, pretty refined profile yet you kept it primitive looking through and through. I like that one.
