Can viburnum make a bow? I have found a sapling about inch wide and 160 cm high. It is very straight. And will it crack while drying?

Viburnum that I have used for arrows(V. prunifolium) does check if the bark is remover too soon. It should make a bow but I'd look for a bigger diameter than 1".
