I am in centralish Oklahoma at Ojam right now. FANTASTIC! Hundreds of bowyers making shavings, talking bow and salivating over my yew ;-) bowman, we will be coming up the coast on the 1 in about 2 weeks if you want to do a mini-jam for a day or two.

I would love to make it to sisters one year.  I'm damn near in Utah, so it's a bit of a drive.  I'm heading to Oregon this summer for a wedding though.  My wife's cousin is a big wheels archer that worked at a shop in Oregon city for a spell.  I've been trying to convert him for a while now.  I'll bring some bows to his wedding and we will see.  Maybe I'll even make him one for a wedding gift.  That's not till August though.

Not sure where my family will be in August, but if we are pitched near Oregon City, you are welcome to come to the tipi and we can make shavings and go stumping. Heck, anyone is welcome, wherever we are.

Don't give up on this dream, folks!  We need more of these events around the country!  Be evangelical about it, get the word out!
