It was 77 here yesterday and the snow is flying and 32 now. Spring is near with sightings of wood ducks and timberdoodles!

Bald Eagles are my sign Tracy. They hang out along the edge of our lake waiting for the skirt ice to break up, then they gorge on winter kill shad and are gone in days. Pretty crazy.

I saw a frog on my way to work yesterday and heard the peepers yesterday evening on my way home from work across the road from Lake Lemon. Saw my first weasel in the wild this morning on my way to work.

Spring is peeking out around here. Been in the low 70s the last few days, daffodils are up and fruit trees are beginning to flower but its gonna get into the low 20s tonight with a chance of snow and/or sleet. Won't be long now.
