Very nice. Echoing what everyone else has said....love the grain and the tiller is superb. Makes a guy step back and say hmmmmm.... Kentucky coffee huh? we have some in the area, might have to give it a second look.   Danny

That grain sure does pop!  Nice work on the bow, looks like it didn't take a lot of set, either!  Speaks volumes about the maker's patience!

Beautiful bow,tiller is nice and I love the grain,reminds me of thick ringed ash I have worked with. Very nice. :)

I have one more KCT stave left , when I get OJAM out of the way and the sapwood removed from the  osage I cut this year and put up I'm going to go to work on it .
This last stave has a lot of pin knots on it , I may ignore the knots and chase the back down to one or two sapwood rings and back it with spoonbill or flathead skins . As tough as those spoonbill skins were maybe the knots won't be a problem and it will make tillering easier this time . My last one had a couple of pretty good bumps on the back of one limb and had a little crown to it , I'm happy with it and so is the new owner .
