Thanks again everyone. Badly, the strips are beaded with white and navy/ cobalt blue. I think the original shirt had black beads though. In plains beadwork, black beads were used somewhat sparingly. Not that they weren't used, but very dark blue tended to be used more commonly.   Curtis
