Hot Mustard Greens!

Went out and did some foraging today.  Man I wish I had gotten into these greens a month earlier!

Florida to Kwajalein to Turkey and back in Florida again.  Good to be home but man was that an adventure!

If that's the same mustard we have up here, I pull those things every chance I get. Got to put them in a bag or burn them though, once flowered even when pulled if not contained and thrown away or burned they can still seed. Garlic mustard is the same way and I hear one of those two inhibit micelia(sp.)(mushroom) growth. Gotta keep them away from your mushroom patch. Tastey all the same, your right. dp
