This paper was linked to on Atarn, i've just finished  reading it. There is some really useful information in here. All you need to know for the best sinew backings etc is all here  :)
I don't think this is against the rules because nobody is selling anything! If it is sorry and feel free to remove.

  interesting, I didn't make it all the way through but plan t go back and study it a bit.
