That gives me some hope for a couple of sticks I have that are real curved. You used dry heat? Ever bend up a mulberry with bad curves?

Dubois,yes mulberry will bend alil easier than bodark (Osage) dry heat on a straight board and clamps. Might take two or three sessions to get all the kinks out depending on how bad the stave is twisted.

I dont know bout that Eddie.

I know a guy that payed big bucks,for a Tom Lucas horn composite and a dozen finely made dogwood arrows,all in an authentic style elaborately beaded braintan quiver and bow case.It hangs on the wall of his chuckhouse at his guest ranch.Its never come off the wall,except when i inspected it.I tried to trade him out of it,with horseshoeing,but he wouldnt go for it.Hed rather pay me more money for the shoeing than what he payed for the whole outfit.Money dont mean as much to him,he owns several different clothing lines.

Awesome bow and fantastic arrows. How does the bow shoot? Is it difficult to get  right spine in the arrows? I have a similar bow in osage and sinev and I think the bow is  fantastic but I have problems with the arrows.

I gotta get off my a$$ and build a short sinew backed bow! It's near the top of the to-do list. I've only ever made 1 sinew backed bow. This bow is awesome... nicely done.
