Ok, I give up. Who is Jim Scott Orrick?
« on: January 23, 2014, 09:18:43 pm »
His article in the recent P.A. is some fantastic writing!  Why have I never seen anything else he has written? Does he post here?  And does anyone know how I can get a hold of the Alpaca Woman, too?

Now that's funny. Why do we wear things that our wives hate? I do the same thing and I make darn sure she notices.

Send a note to Ed.  I'm sure Ed knows... but he doesn't check the forum very often... so he won't see this post.   :)

I just know him from the commercials. ;) ::)  Hmmm, maybe that was his Dad. ::) ;D ;D ;D

Is there no way to contact the editors, besides the forum?  How about trying to contact Tony Kinton?  There needs to be a link to reach the editors, for things such as this.  Tell them you are interested in a new vacuum.  ;) ::)  Tony Kinton is the hunting editor, so he should know who Mr. Orrick is.  Or at least how get coupons for a vacuum. ;D ;D ;D  Ok, I'll stop flailing the vacuum joke.  But Primitive Archer is a bit difficult to contact, to get information, or help.  They do need to have a site to go to, where you can ask these questions.  Maybe there is, if so,I don't know where it is though.  Of course there are a lot things I don't know.

I googled his name and came up with a college prof/preacher/ book author on poetry, but the pic looked like an older guy

James Parker made a felted hat from dog fur. He had it at the Classic a few years ago.
I read that story tonight. Pretty funny. I saw he solved the floppy brim with a hat pin. Bone would look nicer.  ;)
