Got My First Rabbit with a Bow

Yesterday was the Michigan Traditional Bowhunters rabbit hunt at Elm Hall, MI.  Got him on the run.  Couldn't believe I hit it.  I used a flu-flu and an Ace Broadheads blunt.

Nice job Matt. I shot one of those little suckers this season and it took off with my arrow and I never found either. >:(

Snowshoes are white this time of year, Adam. That's pretty big for a cotton tail, though. Had me wondering too! Your not using pets,  like they use for pheasant hunting down here are you? Good shootin' Mat!

Thank you, all!  I was pretty excited.  Only one other time had I intentionally went rabbit hunting with a bow.  You're right, ADB.  There was no time to think.   :P :P
