Some nice simple garden stakes

I've had a few dozen straightened garden stake shafts stashed away and decided to 2 fletch up some arrows for my recently finished yellow take down bow. You only get to see 11 because I lost one yesterday trying for a little orange critter from about 20 yds and 30 ft uo a tree (and I searched and couldn't find it) and the critter was unharmed.

These spine between 40-65 and are tipped with Ace hex heads 125, 175 depending on spine and the remainder of them  in the  55-60 spine will be tipped with 145gr Barta's and 150 gr trade points for this bow.

Wow Fred thats a nice set you got there! I like your arrows and hope mine turn out that good when I finally get around to finishing them.  Love the take-down. Sweet lookin bow!

Thanks for all of the compliments gents. The yellow turkeys are a very rare breed around these parts. Because of all the arrows being lost around here I'm seriously thinking of hunting only pink or chartruese turkeys  this next year. Problem is I've never seen any yet but I know they're out there cause I saw them in a magazine somewhere. :laugh: :laugh:

nice stuff brother.go with hot pink.i made my tree rat arrows with one black and two pink feathers.they really stand out in the leaves.
