The shaft was part of the raw material trade, it appears to be red osier dogwogwod based on the white pith color and the leaf nodules (opposite leaves/branches) offsetting 90 degrees each pair, however Outback thought that they may be viburnum. The fletching is full length turkey feather left wing, from Trueflight, Found them at a local shop, used the 2 fletch pattern, because I only got 4 feathers
! I plan to get busy and prep my wild wings after I get enough shafts ready. The cresting is more or less the pattern of the crest on my original arrows from way back when, before back in the day, and been there, done that😀😂👹. The finish is 1 part beeswax/4 parts flax oil, but I think I am going to up the beeswax to 2:4.
