Christmas Bow #1
« on: December 24, 2013, 11:14:58 am »
I just finished this bow for a friend who will give it to her sister for Christmas. She saw my first red oak board bow and fell in love with it, so she knew that was what she wanted. It's another red oak board bow, pulling 20-25# at 28", with a brown paper bag backing. She wanted it light enough to shoot all day, and really struggled with a 40# pull, so this should meet the need perfectly. The paper backing was by her request and I'm pretty happy with the turnout.

Thanks for all the support and guidance this board has provided. I haven't had to ask too many questions because most have been asked before, but everyone here that has posted past and present are truly helpful.
