Percussion reduction pics...

This is raw Texas rock I think it is called Pedernales. Anyway its harder than Chinese arithmetic and those 90 degree angles didn't help either ! I like seein progression from rock to point so I tried to take pics to show just that. this is with direct percussion, I ended up with some kind of weird tang.

I normally try switching to pressure to set up my platforms for DP at this stage in the game...

It came out a little smaller than I had hoped because I lost some real estate undercutting some stack.

Looks like that cleaned up good! Kind of a cross between tang and tt.

Looks like you conquered those steep angles!  Very nice work, especially considering how far you got with direct percussion.
Any critter tastes good with enough butter on it.
