What are the dimensions of the leather? Width of the strap and length of each side of the "T"? Did you make both ends the same or is on end bigger then the other? Sorry to pepper you with questions... I really like this and want to build one... and I am kind of a details guy :0)

dingas the top of the T is 3 1/2 x 7/8 from the top of the T to the bottom is 4 1/2 x 7/8 there both the same you might have to play around with them for your bows this one fits some of my bows & some it don't. Hope this helps if you have anymore questions leave me know.

Rob was kind enough to send me a copy of his pattern.  I have since made a few.  I find that for best use, you have to make sure the thickness of the top of the T should be kept to a minimum, else it interferes with string groove in use.  Overall - - excellent design and simplicity itself.  I plan to give one with each new bow so I never heave to hear excuses for not using one.     Thanks again Rob!!!!
