These are made from Keokuk, Texas Chert and Flint Ridge. I had never attempted these before and they proved to be my most tedious flintknapping project to date. On the smaller ones once I got into the interior of the hook portion I had to hold my notcher like a pencil and slowly chip at a downward angle with only the part I was chipping touching the pad. The edges of these hooks look more like stitching than anything and it was a bitch keeping the interior portion from stalling because of the angle. Hope yall enjoy I had a blast making them !
