thanks mullet! i got to looking at keenans and Gordons pics and they set to mood for the bow.
i had actually made the table and then took pictures of just the table. then put a bow on it and took more photos... added some leather, fur and primitive items and bam! i nice bow setting. all done on my phone, i dont have a little studio in my house like some ppl:P

Very nice job...The contrast between Ipe and lighter woods in probably my favorite looking bow style. Beautiful work.

How did you get the how did you get the curves into the tips? I did one recently where I steamed the ipe to get some re-curve and then glued in more when I backed it. Problem was it wanted to twist when I started tillering. It ended up exploding near the fade about 40 shots in. :(
