Nice, very nice!!! Great looking bow! So let me get this straight, brazilian walnut, or ipe, or are those two one in the same? I bought some wood labeled brazilian walnut once, and tried 3 different bows from it. They all exploded, literally. Reminded me of eastern red cedar when it explodes. Never backed it though. Still have a little sitting in the pile.

That's a beauty all right. The handle and tip overlays are amazing.

Man, that bow looks fantastic! I have stayed away from board bows and backing with woods I can't harvest myself, but this bow is an inspiration, to be sure. Great work Bryce.

Very, very nice! Nice curves... tiller is spot on. Well done. Ipe is one of my favourite bow woods. I have easy access to it, and it makes tough-as-nails bows. Great bow all around... except the bamboo!  ;D ;)
