Looks like a beauty. I just started my second crabapple with intentions of tempering it too, but I cut through a growth ring with my scraper, and just set it aside for now. I will get back to it later. Maybe you will get one tempered first and see how it works out.

Looks sweeter than apple pie Pineconer, and that arrows a beauty too. Wish I could drop in on ya and see some bows and maybe eat an elk steak or two. :D

That's a cool bow, Bryce.  Came out very nice.  But isn't half of it mine?  I'll let you pick which half I get. :)

is it bad? i had a couple spots near the handle that where violated seem to be alright, better safe than sorry though. very good tension wood.
