Hey Gun Doc, our base camp surrounded the seabee base camp at Phubai. I remember going up there to see a movie one night when we were on a stand down. Got mortared and had to go back down to our perimeter, never did see the end of the movie, and can't remember what it was. I hate unfinished business ;)!

Well I'll be!  Its a small world.  My favorite pic of Dad is one taken of him on a halftrack mounted quad fifty that was set up to guard the river.  One pair of guns was named "Tom &Jerry", but I can't remember what the other two were named.   I'll have to dig that pic up and see.  Thank you to everyone that served!  Josh
