It did'nt take long for your friend to get used to the bow.Congrats.Nice big deer and bow .Proud moment both times.He oughta give ya at least one loin don't ya think?.........LOL.

Thanks fellas!  I'll be sure to pass on what ya'll said.  I'm pretty stoked about this coming together for him. 
JW- I'll try to remember to snap a few pics of the lock, stock and barrel as well as other pieces and parts.
Eddie-I don't believe I'll be looking for any more front stuffer projects to start on for awhile.  Lol!  I have three rifle projects started and I'm collecting parts for a pair of flinter pistols, one right hand and one left hand.  Both .50 cal.  I'll be amazed if I ever finish any of them!
