i am from central NC and i would like to make some bush arrows does anyone have any recommendations on what wood i should use?

Sourwood, arrowwood viburnum, river/switch cane, hazelnut, and many more good arrow woods grow in central NC. Where are you located? I'm in the Smokies in western NC, do some hunting in the central part of the state.
