Ok. Here me again just for an update.
After alot of inspections of the creased areas the damage looked pretty bad so i decided to go for a child bow.
Shortened the handle, glued the cracks, baked the damaged area with a linen patch, lowed the poundage and retillered.
Well retillered is a bit exagereted. A fast retilleriring
then wrapped the patch and some other area with hemp thread.
well the low brace is weak and got some set but the bow is shootable.
Still a little to powerful for my children but they'll grow soon  :D
Children enjoyed it very much and i learned alot
