Well this one just came off the tillering tree. shagbark hickory 67" ntn. came out at just over 43#@28". 1 1/2" wide at the fades tapered strait to 1/2" tips. this is from a tree i cut back in march. I tried a bow from it earlier in the year but the moisture was too high and took a lot of set. this one however didnt turn out too bad. it had slightly deflexed tips to begin with. other than that it took almost no set at all. my friend josh actually did all the work, i just gave pointers along the way, and so all the credit goes to him. this is the first bow out of 8 tries that actually worked for him so hes pretty excited. last i heard from him he has it stained, finished and polished and is putting the buckskin handle on it tomorrow. ill try to get some pictures of it after its all done. any comments and criticisms are welcome(tiller, design etc.)

Looks dandy to me also, any chance of an unbraced picture.
Tell Josh he did a good job on her.

Bending smoothly, looks like a shooter. Lets see a front profile too, I like those long skinny pyramids.
