A bow for a friend, buckthorn, #35 at 26". 56" NTN. Got a bit careless during heat treating, but I actually like the burnt textures. Might dye the handle wrap, its cotton.

Bendy handle is where it's at! In addition to dying the handle I think if you twisted the cotton string back over itself the thicker string would look better. JMO though. A dark earthy stain for the wrap would look real nice.

bout an inch and a half at the handle, couldve gone narrower, but this stick gave me so many tiller problems, I couldnt narrow it down any more
