Tonkin shafts

Does anyone know where to find a good source of Tonkin shafts. Seasons around the corner & I find myself needing some.     Tower

Have you tried the local garden centers?  I'm not sure if what they sell is Tonkin.

I know Jaap (Nacht Wacht) sells Japanese bamboo. Most of the garden centers have the Tonkin cane.
They both make excellent arrow shafts.

Tower, look up A.M. Leonard landscaping supply out of Ohio. You can buy bundles of fairly straight Tonkin shaft that will last a long time. How many do you need? If is not a lot pm me and I'll get you some.

I bought some from Iktomi at the leatherwall, and I thought they were really nice shafts at a fair price.

the question was where to find Tonkin shafts, I would like to know this myself as well as anyone that looks at this, but all I see is talk about am and pm and leatherwall would someone please put the imfo here so anyone looking will know where they too will be able to find Tonkin shafts, thanks.

I've never used the Tonkin cane and was wondering what should be the approximate diameter for a 30" arrow, #50-#55 spine? Thanks, Eric
