Todays work

This point is from the brown chert (I think its chert) I heat treated yesterday. The stuff is still real hard to chip. :( At least it came out ok.

I heated it to 450 deg on Saturday. I might reheat what I have left of the stuff at 500 to 550 deg and see what happens.
