Nice simple but yet elegant classy bow.....;) ....n come on simon...you've only made 33 in a year...I've made more than that in a year  :P  ....your slow  :P  ::)  ;D ......and forgive me of my american sarcasm

Yes Chris, I know I'm slow - very slow  :-[
I will improve that til I'm as fast as you. Then we both will be drowned in bows!

You are the King of Funk! As in funky staves and bows! Have you ever made a boring board bow? Or a multi-lam bow?

I made some duo lams and tri lams a few years ago, more or less as experiment in different designs. But it isn't my thing - I love selfbows.
Never made a board bow. here in Germany you don't get hickory or red oak, most is pine. And why should I? I have more than enough dry staves. The staves are for free out of the woods ....
Thanks for your compliment!

Mr. Simson, that circle is perfect, sir!!!!! what a very nice bow. Ya know it's a little shinny for this old man but I can easily see why it's a favorite of yours. Excellent in all respects.

Do you ever make an ugly or poorly tillered bow Simon?
Glad you signed on a year ago and I always love seeing your bows. Every one of them are so nicely done in design, tiller and finish, really inspirational to say the least. I have a nice long red elm stave gifted from Blackhawk that I am
now inspired to get at, see what your doing man, your feeding the addiction. :)

Thank You!
And of course, I've made ugly sticks - and of course I donno post them!

..... of course Not that much as blackhawk!
