I had a tall white tube waiting for me when I got home yesterday. funny thing is I didn't notice it and was sitting down in my chair on the computer when I looked up and saw it there. It took me quite a few minutes to get it unwrapped from the bubble wrap and then green medical tape that he had mummified the bow with.
I didn't get to shoot it last night as it was about 10 pm when I got it as I got home late but braced it and pulled it back some.
Shot it some today and enjoyed it. My first hackberry bow to shoot. Shoots nice and hard. I put together a little video. I get a kick out of using the slow motion feature and being able to see the tiller in action and the timing of the limbs on release. I'm going to have to make some bamboo arrows to go with this nice primitive bow and see if I can kill a deer this fall with it. The gator skin was from a 7' gator beetlebaily killed in S.C. and had tanned. Feels really nice in the hand.
nice tips and the string fits real well.
Thanks again.
